2. Business Account Eligibility
To use QueBooking as a business, you must be a legally registered entity or sole trader. You are responsible for ensuring that all account information is accurate and kept up to date.
3. Service Listings and Conduct
You may list services, set appointment slots, and manage queues. You must not post misleading, inappropriate, or unlawful content. You are responsible for the accuracy of service details and availability.
4. Payments and Fees
QueBooking may charge service fees or commissions as specified in your business agreement or subscription plan. All applicable fees will be communicated transparently and may be subject to VAT.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may define your own cancellation and refund policies, provided they are clearly communicated to users. You are solely responsible for handling refund requests unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Acceptable Use
Businesses must not misuse the platform. This includes attempting to bypass QueBooking’s systems, collecting user data without consent, or engaging in fraudulent or harmful activity.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content, but grant QueBooking a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your listings for the purpose of operating the platform.
8. Platform Availability
We aim for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or external issues may result in temporary downtime.
9. Data and Privacy
We process business and user data according to our Privacy Policy for Businesses and in compliance with the UK GDPR. You are also a Data Controller for your customers and must comply with data protection laws.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your business account for breach of these terms or misuse of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Limitation of Liability
QueBooking is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified on the dashboard or by email. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
